How to Request a Return

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

⚠️ Batteries that show signs of installation, use, or damage will not be eligible for return.
Return shipping addresses will be provided after your return request is approved. Please do not send products back without confirmation.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
