Thank you for choosing Sunmax Solary. As a supplier of lithium battery energy systems, we follow strict transport regulations to ensure the safety and legal compliance of every shipment. Please read the shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

We do not ship to the following regions due to carrier restrictions and battery transport regulations:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • All U.S. Territories and Insular Areas, including:

    • American Samoa

    • Guam

    • Northern Mariana Islands

    • U.S. Virgin Islands

    • Wake Island

    • Johnston Atoll

  • P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • International destinations (including Canada)

Orders placed with delivery addresses in these locations will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Custom orders or bulk shipments may require additional lead time.

3. Shipping Time

Due to the nature of lithium batteries, all shipments are classified as hazardous materials (HAZMAT) and follow special carrier protocols.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days

  • Actual delivery time may vary depending on carrier availability, weather conditions, and freight scheduling

4. Shipping Methods

  • Small items ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground

  • Large battery units ship via LTL freight (curbside only)

  • Signature may be required at delivery

5. Delivery Procedure

Freight carriers will call ahead to arrange delivery. Please inspect all shipments upon arrival.
If visible damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on select products as marked. Other orders are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and location.
Additional fees may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, or remote areas.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the event of a shipping issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the situation.
